APEX Scholarship Rules

One wrestler who completes the Season Zero Challenge wins one season of APEX Remote, Dane Whitted's one-on-one remote coaching program, running November 2026 through February 2027. Retail value $2,388. The prize is coaching services only. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or credit.

Any wrestler enrolled in the Season Zero Challenge that starts September 14, 2026, entered by a parent or legal guardian if the wrestler is under 18. One entry per wrestler. Enrollment costs $47, which is the price of the challenge itself and is returned as Champion's Circle credit to every wrestler who finishes, whether or not they win.

During the first week of the challenge, every family receives an email asking for a short written story about the wrestler: where they are, what they are working toward, and why this season matters. Reply to that email with the story to enter. Stories must be received by [DATE].

Dane Whitted reads every story and chooses the winner based on the story and the wrestler's fit for the program. This is a judged contest, not a random drawing. To be eligible, the wrestler must also finish the challenge: 38 of 42 days logged with all six daily items checked in the app. The winner is announced by email after the final day of the challenge, on or about [DATE].

If the chosen winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or cannot participate in the November through February season, Dane may choose another eligible wrestler. Families who do not win may be offered other coaching options; nothing about those offers is part of this prize.
