Three Things Your Wrestler Walks Away With
More Shots, Stronger Shots, Faster Shots
A strength and power foundation that translates directly to the mat. The same adaptations that built two state champions.
A Plan That Fits Around Practice
Programming that integrates with club and school wrestling instead of fighting it. Lift days that do not destroy practice days. Conditioning that improves match endurance instead of grinding your wrestler into the ground.
The Mindset Training Nobody Else Is Teaching
The fourteen-day downswing protocol. How to train mental toughness as a real adaptation instead of hoping it shows up on match day.
What This Is
Most wrestlers train hard. Very few train correctly. That is where we close the gap. That gap is the reason some wrestlers get stronger every year while others plateau, gas out in the third period, and lose to less skilled athletes who are simply better conditioned.
This seminar is three hours, live on Zoom, walking you through the complete framework I have used since 2008 to build hundreds of wrestlers from beginners into state champions, All-Americans, and a U17 World silver medalist. It is the same system my sons run in the garage and that my remote athletes run from across the country and overseas.
You will leave with the four pillars, the five principles, and the clarity to apply the system to your wrestler regardless of age, level, or equipment.
What You Will Learn
Skills
Why movement quality is the foundation of every other adaptation, and how to build it before you build strength.
Strength
Max strength, speed-strength, and strength endurance. Why the strength session is purely anaerobic on purpose, and what most coaches get wrong about strength for wrestling.
Conditioning
Aerobic endurance, aerobic power, anaerobic capacity. Why metcons blend energy systems on purpose, and why segmented training (lift M/W/F, run T/Th/S) produces athletes who fall apart in the third period.
Mindset
Mental toughness is trained, not given. We will cover the specific protocols I use to build it in my own athletes, including the fourteen-day downswing protocol, which is the structured response to a losing streak that turns adversity into adaptation instead of letting it become identity. Every hard workout in the Champion's Path system has a mental purpose behind it. You will leave understanding what that purpose is and how to apply it.
Who This Is For
Wrestling parents who want to understand and implement real strength and conditioning for their kids without guessing or copying random programs from Instagram.
High school and club coaches who know their athletes need a strength program and do not know how to build one that integrates with wrestling practice instead of fighting it.
Serious wrestlers, high school age and up, who train independently or want to understand the reasoning behind their programming instead of just executing it.
